Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% to the card on file or loss of a deposit.

 

If a cancellation occurs less 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, this is considered a no-show and will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you MUST call the office at 410-227-1556 or contact your therapist directly. Cancellations ARE NOT accepted via email or text.

Deposit - A non-refundable deposit will be taken when booking your appointment and applied to your service.

Data SharingCustomer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

 

Messaging Terms and Conditions - By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Well With Wendy at 410-227-1556 regarding appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and other account-related notifications.
